Aleph was my first Web3 hackathon.
I didn’t really know what I was doing yet. None of us did. But I wasn’t alone. I was building alongside my comadres and @dev3pack, learning, failing, and figuring things out as we went.
That journey led us to something bigger than we ever imagined, a scholarship to attend Devconnect and participate in @ETHGlobal in Argentina.
It reminded me that you don’t need to have it all figured out to start. You just need to show up, build, and trust the process.
Grateful for where it all started 💜

life update: after 3 incredible years, I’m wrapping up my chapter at @TalentProtocol.
During my time there, I worked across product, growth, BD, and marketing, helping position Talent as the reputation layer for builders and creators.
Some of the things we achieved together:
▫️Helped launch and grow Builder Score and ranks, one of the largest reputation systems for developers.
▫️Worked closely with leading teams to design builder programs, distributing +$600k to builders
▫️Helped shape go-to-market, positioning, and storytelling around Talent’s products
▫️Contributed to making the Talent API key infrastructure for multiple projects, powering +200M requests

Talent gave me the chance to turn ambitious ideas into real products. I’m proud of what we built together, and very grateful to the team, partners, and builders I got to work with along the way.
I’m taking a few weeks to recharge, reflect, and explore what I want this next chapter to look like.
At the same time, I’m open to opportunities across Developer Relations and Growth, particularly with teams where I can contribute in multiple areas and help build from different angles.
Excited for what’s ahead.

I want to launch a global movement This year, @dev3pack is doubling down on what matters: onboarding the next generation of builders and helping them stay. After a year of building a strong community and running non-scalable initiatives, I can finally say it: we’re ready to launch our biggest initiative yet, the dev3pack global hackathon. Not a classic one. 1️⃣ A vibe-coding bootcamp to get builders ready 2️⃣ A global hackathon with community vibes first (1,000+ students, 30+ local hubs worldwide) 3️⃣ A friendly startup 101 accelerator helping young founders level up before advanced programs Last week, a single post brought us ~350 student applications, and the global hackathon doesn’t even start until the end of May. I started exploring pluralistic ideas through the BGBs, guided by a simple mantra: ‘based builders build together.’
It was an early primitive that never received much support, but it showed real impact and shaped how I think about scalable human coordination. We’ve seen that centralization only scales control, while plural systems scale participation.
Now it’s time to take it further, expand it across the ecosystem, and scale it with intention.
