𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 at Ballymena’s new Park & Ride expansion 🚧 Works are moving ahead at pace at Ballymena Bus & Rail Station, with FP McCann confirming that major drainage infrastructure — including storm water attenuation and mainline drainage — has now been completed. Construction teams have now moved into the next phase, with acoustic and boundary fencing, ducting, kerbing and landscaping works all under way, while subbase materials continue to be imported, laid and compacted. Once complete, the upgraded facility will deliver 392 additional safe and secure parking spaces, taking total capacity at the station to more than 600 spaces. The new site will also include: • CCTV and security fencing • low-impact floodlighting • full accessibility for all users • covered cycle shelters to support active travel A major boost for commuters and rail users across Ballymena as work continues to take shape.

Britain has incredible nature

London is also not a driveable city, when I've been up north even in cities like Manchester I have asked how to get around on public transport and locals literally don't know because they drive everywhere. You really don't need that many trains lol
