Even with a different cause, they could share the same problem getting future flood insurance (the FloodRe scheme doesn’t cover blocks or more than 3 flats)

Many residents still haven’t been able to return and the @floodre scheme doesn’t cover flats, so buildings are left uninsured. Thames Water refusing to install flood prevention devices!
