To understand how badly this country is broken, just imagine that I receive over 1,000 complaints every day from different parts of Kenya. From companies, public institutions, private offices, banks, schools, hospitals, government departments, workplaces and ordinary citizens dealing with everyday injustice. It is everywhere. The problem is no longer just bad leadership. It is a rotten national culture where people abuse power, steal, intimidate, frustrate, neglect duty and expect victims to suffer quietly. This country needs more than reforms. It needs a serious moral reset.
