@StatsGuru Kerry Wood started in 1998.... but missed 1999... so three seasons played, but over 4 calendar years, if you are choosing 2001

@jonmberra @StatsGuru Good call... Lincecum, Jered Weaver, Josh Johnson, Greinke, Price... just gotta figure out which season qualifies for the "within 3 years"... Verlander/Felix started in 2005, so which pitchers were doing well by end of 2007?
