Actually making stuff what you want is the best way to get started, but once you grow big, it's inevitable that you'll have to make stuff algorithm wants it. That's why a lot of Youtubers make dumb unboxing videos. That's why a lot of leak and rumor videos are covered. Because everyone's wants to stay afloat. Imagine you grew as an AI social and suddenly you found great interest in cooking and you want to put cooking content out there. The algorithm will spit on your face and will make you bend tour knees.

So the mystery deepens. A video model appeared. It beat everything. The internet attributed it to HappyHorse. HappyHorse said no. We still don't know who made it. This is actually a more interesting story than the original. Someone built a video model good enough to top the leaderboards and is staying completely anonymous. No press release. No funding announcement. No founder Twitter thread. Just a model. In an industry where every lab announces every benchmark improvement, someone shipped something genuinely impressive and said nothing. That is either very confident or very strategic. Either way, I got it wrong and I'm correcting it. The mystery video model's origin remains unknown.

WTF am I doing wrong? Trying to self-fund the biz to do measly $100 mil a year, grow it profitably, stressed the fuck out of growth, cash flow etc. Here you got a biz with $1 billion raised in funding to do $200 mil in revenue in 3 years and it's considered a big success. Basically, generate 20 cents on every dollar spent, and the company is valued at $11 bil. I believe I could do that too. VC's take me on. I'll give you 40 cents on a dollar you invest, I promise.
