Thinking about starting a carnivore diet? The first thing most people do is panic about cholesterol. Then protein. Then fibre. Then what they will eat at restaurants. Then whether their doctor will tell them off. None of those are the real question. The real question is what the food you are currently eating is doing to your body right now. Not in theory. In your actual cells, your actual blood, your actual brain. Most people come to carnivore the same way. Years of doing everything right. Low fat. Wholegrains. Plenty of fruit and vegetables. And still tired, still inflamed, still carrying extra body fat that will not shift, still foggy by 3pm, still told their bloods are fine when nothing feels fine. That is not a personal failing. That is the wrong food for your biology. Animal foods are the most nutrient-dense things you can eat. Beef contains every fat-soluble vitamin, every essential amino acid, every mineral your body needs to function. It requires no conversion, no processing, no plant defence chemicals to navigate. It is the food your body recognises at the deepest level. When you stop eating the things that spike your glucose and drive your insulin up, the body shifts. The inflammation starts to settle. The hunger becomes manageable. The mental noise quiets down. People describe it as the first time they felt like themselves. Most people try to go cold turkey and feel terrible in week one, then quit. The gut needs time to adjust. Bile production changes. Enzyme output shifts. Transitioning slowly is not weakness, it is biology. What is stopping you from trying it?

97% of scientists who know what the hell they are talking about support the idea of human caused climate change but some numpties with 20 followers on X disagree. Who would you believe?

The earliest 35°C ever recorded in the UK is currently June 28th, 1976. It’s highly likely we will reach 35°C today, beating the previous record by more than an entire month. If that isn’t unprecedented / extreme then I don’t know what is.

When no attempt is made to hide the evidence of a crime.. we are in trouble Clearly they tested the population of the world over the last few years to determine just how far they could push their agenda without it facing major resistance and humanity did nothing! So here we are!

What's this? A weather report in July 1990 that wasn't treating you like a child with burn toast maps and mass hysteria? That's because back then Agenda 21 didn't even exist so MSM didn't get their orders from the UN. That was signed in 1992 illegally by UK councils.

@Fungame1984 @DailyMail Definitely lol. Its near enough been the pattern here for months. A few days of non spraying or limited spraying the end of each month. This month same. I dont see them changing next month. The experiment of limiting slave sunshine ist over yet. Will it ever be over?🤷🏽‍♂️

Honestly, I’m sick and tired of grown adults calling the climate crisis a hoax. It’s not even a debate, the science has been settled for decades. Your ignorance is not just embarrassing, it is actively destroying the planet and every living thing on it.

We have provisionally broken the UK record for highest daily minimum temperature in May... again 😮 Temperatures didn't fall below 21.3°C overnight at Kenley Airfield, making it a 'tropical night' (no lower than 20°C). Remarkably, the record was also broken yesterday.
