At the community level PLEASE heed the advice below. For adults & kids. The player may tell you categorically that they are fine. Trust me when I say that they have no bloody idea whether they are fine or not. If it’s in your hands to remove them from the pitch then remove them.

Folks please stop testing kids on the pitch to see if they are fit to return to play. If you’re testing you have obviously seen a sign or symptom of brain injury. That’s enough just remove them. It’s not “If In Doubt test them” There is No HIA in community Rugby.

The last 6 weeks I have run a cross HEI project 5:1 placement. Some excellent & professional output well done guys! Happy to share any resource or questions if anyone is thinking of running a project placement. 10:1 model planned for early next year with cross AHPs too!
