@nowtvhelp I am having regular problems with picture quality watching NOW tv via the Samsung TV app, it either becomes blurred or buffers. I have already tried the 'Reinstall' option, and am using fibre broadband. There are no problems with other apps, Netflix, iPlayer etc.
