Noise aside, the reality is we work proactively with all relevant authorities on any suspicious activity on our marketplace. We flagged this, referred it, and cooperated throughout the process. This happens constantly behind the scenes, despite what many are led to believe. The transparency afforded by onchain markets makes global compliance more effective than ever. Every trade is public, permanent, and auditable. Bad actors leave a trail. As with any fast growing new space, we're adapting and improving as we go. This morning we sued Michigan in federal court. Prediction markets are federally regulated by the CFTC, and states like NV, MI, & MA can't evade federal jurisdiction by running to state courts — particularly when these same issues are already before multiple federal courts. Polymarket continues to welcome discussion with regulators, and we appreciate the thoughtful engagement with other states. We fight for the users.

Last week, a Nevada state court ordered Polymarket to halt operations in NV — no notice or opportunity to be heard. Today, we took that case to federal court. Congress gave the CFTC, not the states, exclusive jurisdiction over event contracts. We appreciate the CFTC acting to protect American markets, and we look forward to the federal court's reasoned consideration. We fight for the users.
