Can confirm Brooks Koepka and Cleveland/Srixon Golf have dissolved their partnership, "effective immediately." Dunlop Sports Americas, the parent company of CSG and XXIO announced the split in a press release this morning: "Over the course of their relationship, Brooks served as an exceptional ambassador for the Srixon and Cleveland Golf brands. His commitment to competing at the highest level of the game, including a major championship victory with Srixon and Cleveland Golf equipment in play, exemplified the performance standard both brands stand for." Koepka signed with CSG in 2021 after years of being one of golf's most sought after free agents. The partnership bore fruit quickly when Koepka won the 2023 PGA Championship, his fifth major title, with a Srixon ball, driver, irons and Cleveland wedges. But Koepka received notably less publicity in the following years while playing on LIV Golf and he also never switched to the company's new ZXi driver or ZXi irons. Earlier this year, Koepka switched out of a Srixon Z-Star Diamond golf ball and back to a Titleist Pro V1x, something he did earlier in the partnership as well, but with CSG's blessing. Koepka once again will be become a gear free agent as he chases starts in the PGA Tour's Signature Events for the rest of the season, his first since leaving LIV Golf. He thus far ranks 59th in the FedEx Cup rankings and is on site this week at the Miami Championship as the second alternate.

Brooks Koepka and Srixon are no more. Sides have “mutually agreed to conclude their endorsement partnership,” effective immediately. Koepka signed with Srixon in 2021, but he never received much publicity after moving to LIV. Recently switched back to a Titleist ball for the second time since his deal with Srixon was consummated. Have to wonder how much that played a role in the deal dissolving.
