Ch3 The biggest fear holding me back is failure. I don't want to look like I don't know what I am doing as a leader so risk taking is difficult. I want to encourage student voice with tech, but need to use it more myself first. #hillchat101

Ch2There are times that I feel like I am on an island due to the fact that there are things that fall under my job description that no one else does. I think talking with other admin via Voxer or twitter will be amazing #hillchat101

CH1 As a leader, I feel like the way that I can go "big" is to be a better coach for the teachers in my building. I think this will increase the excitement of students as teachers learn more ways to hone their craft. I love seeing students respond to new ideas!
