Our paper on applying targeted RNA sequencing (CaptureSeq) to samples with small numbers of cells is now out in RNA biology. We find CaptureSeq is even more useful on these "mini-bulk" samples than on bulk libraries. /1 tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10…

Identifying/comparing cell types in #organoids is tricky, esp. in #scRNAseq data. My #ISSCR2020 poster (S-II) describes using #MachineLearning classifier scPred to identify cells in #kidneyorganoids allowing multi-dataset comparison. If that interests you please check it out!
