@StenaLineUK Why do you charge more for a single, inside accessible cabin onboard than you do you for a single, inside cabin? It seems like discrimination to me. I've tried contacting you via email but other than a single reply some weeks ago I have heard nothing.

Hi @StenaLineUK trying to update passport, car reg and pet details on our booking. Put in all the required details but it just won't go any further and displays 'Website shows expected error' this isn't the first time. Can you help please we travel on Wednesday. Thanks

@StenaLineUK have I seen correctly that you’ve removed the lounge upgrade for gold members on the Harwich-Hook of Holland route? Why? What’s the benefit left then to have gold membership. It’s hard enough to even reach it but to find you quietly removed this perk is annoying ++

@bvm1612 Yes the Stena Plus seat will still price to £0 if you are adding a cabin to a day sailing on the Harwich/Hook route ^Laura

@StenaLineUK Ok, thank you. Good to know. You might need to adjust the info on your website then as it only lists UK-Ireland routes for this advantage to be valid for……..hence my surprise. Glad to know it’s still there 👍🏼👍🏼 (PS also valid if cabin for day boat booked?)

It's not always the easiest option but we wouldn't have it any other way. Another flight free trip to the Netherlands 👍 @StenaLineUK Ferry is now our preferred option due to more flexibility and less stressful travel times than @EurostarUK
