Not good @cottagescom ! A major issue and you “can’t do anything!”. This is our daughter’s bedroom (wall doesn’t go all the way to ceiling). Not advertised. We can’t use the lounge and are having to sit in the porch in the evening. She’s waking up lots. Having to swap rooms!

@hubhotels Hi. Just wondering why your check in kiosks can’t scan QR codes for early check in? Massive queue at Hub by Kings Cross. Lots of people paid in advance and can’t use kiosks, despite having valid QR codes which would show early check in paid for in advance?
