Mulally has only voted against this because she knows that if she were to vote in favour, she would cause a major rift in the Church of England, potentially even a schism. I expect she is personally in favour.

The Archbishop of Canterbury warns that making it no longer illegal for women to perform their own abortions for any reason up to birth is legally, morally, and practically complex, and that rushing it through as an amendment, with minimal scrutiny, would be a mistake.

Hi everyone, to everyone who has followed me since I announced that I joined Restore Britain yesterday, thank you! I run a movement called Christian Democracy UK, dedicated to implementing policy inspired by Christian Social Teaching in society. Membership is free, and members of all parties are welcome! christiandemocracy.org.uk/contact

I have left Reform UK, and joined Restore Britain. Reform as a party is slowly morphing into a carbon copy of the failed Conservative Party. Failed liberal cabinet ministers like Robert Jenrick, Nadine Dorries and Nadhim Zahawi are welcomed with open arms while true conservatives like Rupert Lowe are expelled for their views. Their u-turns on policy, including on welfare and on immigration, leave them unable to be trusted. Restore has grown exponentially, shown true integrity and leadership, and have a serious chance at the next election.

I’ve never been a member of any party in my life. I was a Labour man back in the day but lost faith many many years ago. My question is, how do I actually go about joining Restore Britain ? Thanks in advance 👊

A little thing I’ve noticed… Reform UK’s deportation paper is six pages long, a one of those is a title page. Restore Britain’s deportation paper is 133 pages long. Which party is serious about governing this country?

@StennerMax There's absolutely nothing Christian about you. You've just declared that you've joined a racist party. You might as well have joined the BNP.

Last night, the House of Lords voted for something truly evil - abortion-up-to-birth. By their secular way of thought, ones life is only valuable if it is wanted, and is not inherently sacred - a terrifying prospect.

It’s titled ‘Hey’, and it’s great - not heavy in the slightest but brilliantly produced with the double drum sound, glam guitar tone and yes saxophones. Anything Mike Leander produced is great - the band Hello as well who are one of the most underrated bands ever. The Sweet also a great band - whose albums are a lot more heavy than their singles - I’ve seen them many times. youtube.com/watch?v=znKzRX…

@StennerMax @LBC I don't know much about them, only that I was electrified by the 2 drummers & the thumping relentless beat (might have been a sax or two swirling about, as well?) I was very young. It led me to The Sweet, who were surprisingly heavy, & then to Deep Purple and Zep.

@LBC Ah! Nothing of much value will be lost, if true. Loved the Glitter Band, especially the sound from the double drummers, but that's it.
