@StepChange have had two emails in the last 3 weeks saying you are after information I’ve already replied with… I get what originally I thought was an email back from a real person but just had the same automatic response to the one today. I submitted the additional information

@StepChange It just goes round in circles. I rang 0800 138 1111. I tried to fill in the website accout too but it gets stuck at the debts and wont let me complete. Why is everything so broken?

@SamDodds12 (2/2) If a debt collection agency has been in contact regarding a debt, that's likely because the company you owed the debt to has sold it to a debt collection agency. If you need more information please contact the company your original debt was with. Hope that helps!
