Raheem Morris BOSS front (Bigs On Same Side) pressure. The front structure here is similar to how the 49ers already run the BOSS/Overload. It's meant to generate 1 on 1's for elite pass rushers by getting the OL to slide toward the bigs/overload side and matching up the DE/LB with a pass rusher. Perfect for someone like Bosa, which is why the 49ers have run variations of this with Saleh, Ryans, etc. Here, Morris uses the front to get a 1-on-1 for Aaron Donald against a backup LT. The two mugged LBs read the turn of the LG to see who would eventually drop to a vision hook zone underneath while getting the other rusher on a static flat-footed RB. The rest of the coverage is just cover-3 behind it.
