@winteri44425404 Like I said, buried the lede. Real story is her denying and involving lawyers, not allegations of kicking an officer (which can still be reported but shouldn’t be the focus).
Unfortunately, saw no reporting (yet?) in flagpole, ABH, or APN so this is the article I had to post!

@StephMarie015 While I want to know the truth, let’s not forget that Joe seems to have a hate boner for the “liberal” commission and DA Gonzalez. Funny bc Ovita is relatively conservative.
Joe and the type “crime” reporting is pretty much copy and paste from LEO press releases.

Also I realized I said ACCPD when really I should’ve just said LEO since the article mentions both sheriffs deputies and police officers. It seems to me that the PD was the arresting agency? But always a good reminder that police and sheriff are two different agencies

Option A: Ovita is straight up lying about a DUI
Option B: ACCPD really messed up, leading to more questions of how, why, and has this happened to other people

JUST IN: Another train has DERAILED in #Michigan that was carrying hazardous materials. What is going on? This seems like a coordinated attack on our railway system across the country. I’ve noticed it’s in key battleground election states too. Ohio, Arizona, Michigan, Texas.
