I agree. I think Noonan simply realized he got trigger happy and immediately said “she pointed the gun at me”. Now he’s stuck. Doesn’t make him a horrible person? The lie, yes. But he may be a great guy overall. He said he had only like two years before retirement. Maybe he was nervous if he lost his job he may not get his pension. Idk.

My thoughts on the memes in the #KouriRichinsTrial. During opening statements, I thought these would seal the deal. But not so fast. They can easily be explained.

I agree. Those had me during opening statements. It’s why I expected to easily come to guilty. But Ramos did an amazing job on cross today. We have no idea when they were sent or received. Just that she looked at them. And they could’ve been in a text from someone. And we know she was close in a huge property deal and was very focused on money and her lifestyle. Those memes could’ve easily been from her boyfriend or someone joking about how much she was making on that deal or another deal. We’ve heard some buyers were upset with her work on some flips. That could explain the “idiots, idiots everywhere” meme. It all could be easily explained.
