@FitFounder The best I ever felt was training for 1/2s. No idea why but maybe what body needed then. Not so much now.

I've started to incorporate running into my workouts. I'm not doing it to burn fat, boost my energy or live longer. I'm doing it because I suck at it & hate doing it.

The most important part of the residency search is introspection. Know yourself and how you learn best and find a program that fits. The best professional decision I ever made was going to UK for PGY1 (and PGY2)!
