Dear South Africans, There is a compelling constitutional and ethical case for why Cyril Ramaphosa should step down in light of the Phala Phala scandal. The independent panel appointed by South African Parliament found prima facie evidence that the President may have violated the Constitution and failed to act in accordance with his legal obligations. This even becomes worse by recent revelations of Cat Matlala's involvement . At the core of constitutional democracy is the principle that no one, especially the head of state, is above the law. Remaining in office while under such serious findings undermines the doctrine of accountability and erodes the credibility of the presidency as an institution meant to uphold, not evade, constitutional standards. The allegations ranging from undeclared foreign currency to possible abuse of state resources create a legitimacy crisis that weakens governance and public confidence. A sitting president facing such scrutiny can not effectively lead a country! Since the report was disclassified , it can only mean that it was illegally and unlawfully classified by Mchunu through IPID to protect his comrade and friend. The same Mchunu who was evidently involved in the disbamdment of the PKTT ,which was possibly investigating the Phala Phala.

It’ll take one brave person to expose the South African visa and passport cartel. It’s a syndicate that’s been running for decades within shadows of Home-affairs. One day is one day!

The President Protector has been exposed. Kholeka Gcaleka has failed to do her job but instead she protected the Phalaphala Farmgate Dollar Scandal. Ramaphosa is destroying many people lives by using them to protect his criminality and corruption. @PublicProtector @PresidencyZA
