My dad has been gone for 4 years. I’m in Pennsylvania visiting my dad’s sister for the first time in 13 years. I literally prepared his ashes to be thrown into a pond here this morning…And yet I just almost asked my mom if she’s called my dad today. Grief is WEIRD.
