For years, politicians have allowed illegal aliens to exploit our healthcare system while American families foot the bill.
Not on our watch.
We introduced the American Citizenship Healthcare Integrity Act, which requires hospitals participating in Medicare to ask patients their citizenship status and report the number of illegal aliens receiving care and the total cost. The Secretary of Health and Human Services must then publish an annual public report so taxpayers know exactly what this is costing them.
The free-loading must end.
