@chefsmith28 Look at the players we have. Ask yourself, how many are good enough to play in the Championship? Why do you think that this squad just stay around the top 6 then fade away at the end of the season? Big wages and great facilities they will not get elsewhere. Not rocket science.

Do Town have too many “Goldilocks” players? My porridge is too hot, too cold, too lumpy, too dry etc. Too many luxury players. Not enough roll up your sleeves and get on with it players. You need to adapt to this level. Throwing money at it only works on rare occasions. #htafc

Here's an idea for Nargle and co if they're serious about going up... Get the Accu packed out & rocking for our remaining home games... put some deals on - Bring a mate for nowt, Quid a kid, etc etc. why not get it as full as possible & might sell a few more for next season too.

Manning has to go. Playing 5-4-1 against the bottom side is a disgrace. It's obvious Nagle does not want a Championship club. It would mean he would have to spend serious money on rebuilding the squad, which he does not want to do.

@DavidHartrick If you look at the money that he's spent it has been on the infrastructure, not the playing squad. We have sold players to fund transfers. He saw that the club was ripe for takeover which cost him nothing. Got 100% of the ground and surrounding land for a few million. Profit?

This is on problem, the other, wrong management. I just hope you can sort it out. 70 years next season!

No apologies needed. I feel and hear the frustration and unhappiness. I see the crowds (or lack of them.) Let me just say this: everyone KNOWS within the organization what we need to do to play competitive and enjoyable football an hopefully win. I can assure you of this. But to get the proper execution I cannot guarantee. It’s just the fact or I would get on the pitch and play myself if I could. (God help us on that one!)
