Hey @virginmedia. When your services are working they’re good. Anything out of the ordinary and your customer services are woeful. Spent an hour on the phone yesterday and was promised a call back in 2 hours. 24 hours later and still no call. #CompleteFailure #PoorService

@virginmedia I called them at the suggestion of your engineer who was unable to connect my TV up to my TV box and to arrange a broadband and stream box package in its place. This seems to have been too difficult.
