@SusanSavageLee1 @Hart_Horrors I am too, but I know the open and end...unless some pesky character forces a change :) PS - thanks for following this goofy account after my hacked one. I made another, new, verified account which will be the one I use. @SLChalmersbooks I will follow you there from now on.

How long do you sit with an idea before writing it? I need the ending first, otherwise the middle will end up sagging like an old mattress 😂 #writingq #WritbgCommunity

@Miss_Lakewood Bizarre review. Strange GIRL reviews are in a different league. Still want my young Florida film critic to emerge!

@AnthonyLaFauci Best series - 1st BBC Pride and Prejudice; Lonesome Dove; original BBC Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy. Best Film - 2001 (book was so-so) Worst - SO MANY! I don't want to begin that long list because it will piss me off again.

@StephenCha45951 Thanks SL! I wonder if there's a way to report this person to Amazon and get his review removed?

This is a question for writers: Do you sprinkle any hidden stuff in your books that readers don’t know about? For me - all my characters are named with real world meanings behind them. For example - Detective Angelo in Delusions of Euphoria. Angelo in Greek means ‘messenger of God’

Post an unusual expression, one most people may not know, and its meaning. "I kill the snake and show the stick." This means "I am brave; I don’t just talk, I act."

All good things must come to an end! For years we’ve been sharing our favorite indie authors with our subscribers, but unfortunately we have just sent out our very last boxes. It’s been an honor to be part of this wonderful community. 🧵

@ElChandler 1948 Tulsa. Wyatt Scott is a cynical PI dealing with Cold War mysteries and noir characters from the dark side of Tulsa.

Hey my fellow bookworms I'm in close contact with @TiagoRResende who is temporarily suspended from X. Apparently this person dropped a fake review for personal reasons against Tiago. Please check out these screenshots. Really sad. 🫤

Hey ELON MUSK! Now that you are in the book business, try a little noir mystery/thriller with a side of Cold War commie conspiracy. In 1948, Wyatt Scott and his cohorts are waiting. SCOTT’S TULSA is just the FIRST of 4 books from the summer of 1948 and the dark side of Tulsa.

@Miss_Lakewood "see" her eyes.... Without a mirror, not possible. Not too sure about the cave's eyes, but if XXXX needs to view them, "XXXX lingered (stared, gaped, etc) at the cave's hollows (or eyes if that has a future bearing on the story).

She slid off her horse, her eyes scanning the openings above. “Deserted doesn’t mean safe,” she said. Her voice was steady, but [name] could see the way her eyes lingered on the shadowed hollows of the cave’s eyes. —excerpt from anonymous book "Deserted doesn't mean safe"? Really? 🙄🙄🙄
