After watching a week of college basketball the main thing I’ve noticed: Combo moves in a training session are a waste of time. 3pt/ reads / straight line drives / finishing with either hand should be the recipe for success.

Your job as a Head Coach is to get the program to it's ceiling. The ceiling is different at each place. This can be a very difficult concept for parents, players, coaches, and administration to understand. Work to get your program to it's individual ceiling.

Again when it comes to college coaches listening to someone. I’m pretty sure it would help if that some one has kids in college hooping. 38+ flat hooping and 8 in D1!!!!
