@NickChaps96 As much as I don't want the show to change. This feels like a very walt Disney move. He would probably have wanted the show to continue to evolve. I'll miss this version, but if the script is as good as what we have now, we should have a banger on our hands.

This guy thinks that we don’t need new scenes because he’s personally lived through them. Good for you. You know who hasn’t? Younger generations and generation to come. I didn’t live through the 60s so I’m excited for that, and I was born in ‘85 so it’s not like I really knew what was going on then either. This logic is so flawed. It’s fine to not want change, but this seems like a selfish reason for it.

Walt Disney Studios courtyard keeps getting BETTER! Baby Care at Disney's Hollywood Studios was always the worst of all 4 parks (tiny space, front of park, stuck inside guest relations). This new Baby Care Center is a huge upgrade in a perfect location!

When someone RTs Jen Wilken as though she's a theologian, I can no longer take them seriously. When someone has so little discernment that they partner with Jen Wilken, I move them from the distrust category, to the theologically dangerous category.

@gavinortlund @DrJordanBCooper People don't use the term correctly. A grifter, by definition, is someone who holds views solely to appeal to an audience and make money. Ie: they don't genuinely believe what they are saying. It's a lazy insult that has lost its meaning.

@DrJordanBCooper accusations of "grifter" and being "bad faith" have become so common lately its crazy. I cannot think of ANY youtuber that isn't called a bad faith grifter by their critics. It's unfortunately become just a way to dismiss people.

Every so often I hear this idea in one form or another, that I do what I do for the money. I see regular RC comments, for example, claiming that I only don't convert because I wouldn't want to lose my paycheck. The thing about this is that being a Lutheran theologian is about the dumbest financial decision I could have possibly made. I'm in a church body with less than a hundred congregations, with a seminary that cannot employ professors full-time. There are no big organizations to sponsor me, and there is no Lutheran speaking circuit to profit off of. There is no market for Lutheran theology. I've largely had to create one on my own. If my goal was money, I never would have chosen to study theology. And if my theological goals were financial, I'd make *so* much more being RC or EO. The "grifter" accusation has just become the go-to way to dismiss anyone who has a public platform these days to such an extent that the term hardly even means anything anymore.
