On Saturday @Uber_RSA messed my whole weekend and now I’m R558.00 out of pocket and uber say it’s okay because they charged me no cancellation fee . My reserved uber was running 58 minutes late and made me miss my bus so I had to uber direct to not be late. I can’t get help.

@Uber_RSA @Uber Give me a customer care number I need to speak to someone human. I’ve done countless surveys and never find a place to explain an always get the same response. Honestly brain dead.

@Uber_RSA This is not good enough to owe me R850. I couldn’t afford the uber all the way there. You made me miss my bus. I reserved. We done now today I delete my account because you couldn’t take 5 minutes to investigate my case. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for the R850 trip.

For clarity the second uber I got picked me up at 6:45 a whole 20 minutes after the latest arrival. @Uber_RSA this is so unfair I was late, now I’m broke , and what was meant to be a good weekend became stressful and an budget-less.

I’m really disappointed at how this was handled Ruined my weekend. Mad me pay more. Leave me out of pocket. But hey but hey @Uber_RSA fortunately you were kind enough not to charge me a cancellation fee so I guess I must be grateful.

I booked an uber reservation for 5:25 at 5:28 it told me the driver is delayed he’s 58 minutes away and changed my drop off time to 47 minutes later. I missed my lift and had to pay R558 to go directly but I don’t have that money. And the uber help is repetitive multiple choice.

I’ve missed my lift now i have to pay R550 more to get to my final destination. @Uber @Uber_RSA you ruined my great day. So embarrassing.
