I make hundreds of decisions in my job every day but when it comes to deciding what to pack for a weekend away, I’m absolutely hopeless. I’m away tomorrow and can’t decide what clothes to take, how many pairs of shoes I need and whether I’ll need a big coat. Why am I like this?

Thing I’m missing most about the Masters this week? The people in the Press Building. Say what you want about The Media - and many do - but some of the most talented people I’ve ever met are in that place grafting away right now. It’s always a privilege to be in their company.

For all of my childhood up until I left home at 18, Good Friday was always mass at 3pm followed by the stations of the cross. Today, I had an Easter egg for breakfast and my shopping is being delivered between 3pm and 4pm. It’s funny how life changes so completely.
