As many of you know, I have been laid off of work for quite a while with hundreds of resumes sent out, several follow up emails and calls sent. 4 weeks ago my wife was informed her property that she manages was being taken over by a new management company AMCS. They interviewed her and made her an offer verbally based on her getting a certificate that costs $130 out of pocket. She got it, and they informed her last week they have decided to go in a different direction. March 31st is her last day. This is why I have asked for prayers. We have no support base and are just a few weeks from being homeless. Please pray with us. God is Good all the time, and she and I have faith he will provide. We are not asking for any money from anyone, just prayers. I believe many prayers will cause a miracle. I am fine sleeping in a tent, but I really need God to provide a way for her to find a roof over her head. 🙏

Countless lives were saved. Nicholas Bostic was delivering pizza in Indiana when he saw a house go up in flames. Without hesitating, he ran into the house and pulled four occupants out. He was then told there was a six year old child still inside. Bostic ran back into the fully engulfed home, found the child and while cradling her, he jumped out of a second story window to safety. A lot of attention is given to the worst of society, but we need to remember that the human spirit is still alive and well. These are the people that our attention should be focused on. Our lives are all elevated when we take seriously the responsibility of being our brothers keepers.

She Took 40 Bites To Save a Baby’s Life Felicia Hambrick is being hailed as a hero after risking her own life to protect a baby from a vicious dog attack. While babysitting her friend’s three children, the family’s pit bull suddenly lunged at her. Felicia grabbed the eight-month-old baby girl and used her own body as a shield. The baby was unharmed but Felicia was bitten 40 times on her neck, arms, legs, and stomach. She required 94 staples and spent 5 days in the hospital recovering from her injuries. “I remember it hurting so bad I was screaming, ‘God, please let me die!’” she recalled. The dog has since been put down, and the family says they will never forget her sacrifice. Felicia may have scars, but she also has a new title: hero. "God gave me strength, I couldn't let them folks die" 16 yr old Corion Evans was hanging out with his friends when he saw a car PLUNGE into the Pascagoula River in Mississippi. 3 teenage girls began screaming for help as the car quickly sank. Evans immediately sprang into action, diving in to rescue the girls. When asked where his bravery came from, he replied "God gave me strength, I couldn't let them folks die." Police Officer Gary Mercer assisted Evans with the rescue, but he began to drown as well when one of the panicking victims tried to pull him under. Despite being out of breath with exhausted legs, Evans swam back AGAIN to rescue both the Officer and the 3rd teen girl. Four people are alive today because a young man put the lives of others before his own. He truly is a hero. 🎖
