No time for Burnham to face questions in the House, but plenty of time for him to talk to a football pundit who already agrees with him.

Some certainly did, though. You can't have missed people tearing down or defacing posters of hostages - including babies - or waving Hamas flags at "pro-Palestine" demonstrations, or having stickers showing parachuters entering Israel. The reaction on the left went far beyond "criticising Israel"

They hadn't declared that when I posted this. Of course, they know they'll be trashed and who can blame them for turning tail and running away. But it does rather suggest that they don't see Reform as the serious threat they've been painting it as for months and months. Maybe that was only important when it came to by-elections in Gorton and Denton or Makerfield...
