Our federal public civil service headcount has grown 31% in the last decade. Per capita, that's more than anywhere in the (core) G7. Despite this, only 16% of Canadians say they receive good value from government services. We can reform 🇨🇦's federal public service. 👇

Project managers originally planned to find 30 homeless gay veterans in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa and Halifax to take photos with free cameras. Records show the $1.2 million @HICC_ca project started late and had difficulty finding gay homeless veterans.

Yesterday, the White House approved the advancement of multiple pipeline projects carrying Alberta oil to the United States. Expanding pipeline capacity to the U.S. is something I’ve been advocating from this U.S. Administration since their last election. It has paid off! This is great news for Alberta and Canada. It has the potential to unlock hundreds of billions in energy investment for our province and country. We hope the federal government moves this fast when it comes to our pipeline project submission in June. Let’s get these pipelines built! When I was 19, I though that if Canada just decided to blow out the budget with wartime deficits for a few years, we could pepper the landscape with infrastructure and be set for decades. We *did* blow out the deficit, and literally everything is worse everywhere forever.

These are the incredible folks doing the hard work behind the scenes for conservatism. Our UCP constituency presidents are the ones organizing events, raising funds, finding great candidates, and keeping everything running smoothly. I am very grateful for everything they do to keep Alberta moving forward and yes, keeping it a beautiful blue.
