@garrytan Yeah I never respond to these because I get them all the time and realize it’s people being lazy because they can’t reach out as a human. I love the capabilities for AI but this isn’t a good use of it’s just annoying.

Most people walk past one of the best machines in the gym everyday. The rower can save your knees, strengthen your back and reduce your risk of heart attack. Here's how it's so effective for people over 40 and 3 workouts you can try this week:

@Liandrium Oh man, spot on. What gets me are those moments. The “success” of most things doesn’t quite feel the same as those moments. I just want that for everybody because it’s so easy for us to overcomplicate things (I did it for years and still do it from time to time)

@SteveCassingham When you think about it - you have a job, you have a place to live in (roof above your head as folks say), you aren’t hungry, injured or ill. There is no reason to not feel love and gratitude ❤️

@SteveCassingham What grinds my gears is the pricing for their Ultra model. It is not a pretty amount. I can add up a little and buy a Swiss watch lol 😂

Have you ever been in this situation - when it is time to go, but your smartwatch isn’t charged enough?

@Liandrium Oh for sure haha. I think it’s the thing Apple missed the most was the whole battery thing. I had 4 of them over the years and the battery part is what killed me because you either have to choose to track sleep or charge inconveniently through the day haha 😂

@SteveCassingham I also use analog watches but most of them are mechanical so they stop occasionally 😅 just great to be back to Apple Watch sometimes 😃

One quiet Sunday morning in the wintertime, I was in Beatrixpark pondering it all, and I saw this thin layer of ice on the water. I felt an attraction to it that I couldn’t quite explain, but I looked around, and there was nobody else in sight. I could undress myself and just go into the cold water, which is exactly what I did. I remember very clearly that I wasn’t bothered by the cold at all, I was just curious. That curiosity was much stronger than the temperature of the water. Can you imagine that? But while now I know why that was, back then I simply experienced it. And that cold water had an unexpected effect on my body, which is that I felt great. I was playing with a thin layer of ice all around me, feeling astonished that I had the ability to just play in it. I was looking at the ice — not understanding yet, just looking — and thinking to myself: “Wow, I can play! I’m in the water! And it’s fine!”
