@DocCoyle I’m 58 and get up at 4AM go to gym, work 8 hours, walk dog on weekends, my wife & I share cleaning duties & go places on weekends. But we are in bed by 8PM lol!

My pet theory is that all of the influencers, celebs, entrepreneurs, etc who present this optimized lifestyle that basically being healthy and in shape is part of their job. And they have enough money to pay someone to clean their house and handle other responsibilities. Being able to invest this much time in yourself is a privilege.
It’s certainly possible but you have to have no wasted time at all.

can someone please explain to me how someone gets 8 hours of sleep, 10,000 steps a day, goes to work, maintains good hygiene, cleans their house, exercises, takes care of their animals, and has time for hobbies and socializing? cause i feel like this is also propaganda.
