New Orleans @Saints host the Carolina Panthers Sunday, Dec. 14 will be honoring new ⚜️ HOF @HallSaints Brett Maxie and my guy Tracy Porter @lyfeoftp in a pre-game ceremony while @SteveGleason will be recognized w inaugural #Saints Hall of Fame Courage award. The late Ed Daniels will receive the Joe Gemelli Fleur de Lis award. Come honor these great gentleman and grab some 🍿 and watch the boys #beatcarolina ‼️

Growing up in Spokane Washington, I always get asked why I am a Cubs fan. Two reasons. WGN and Ryne Sandberg. As a kid, the Cubs were always on WGN. When I was maybe ten years old, I found out Sandberg, their superstar, was from Spokane. My homeboy! Locked. So, the Mariners and the Cubs were, and still are my teams. Both organizations have been amazing with our family and Team Gleason. We’ve thrown the first pitch in both stadiums. Enormously grateful. They’re both down a game, but through adversity, we find our heroes. Go Mariners. Go Cubs.

Greatness isn’t just measured in stats. @drewbrees, you're the greatest leader I've been around. Uniting teammates to be resilient when no one else believed, inspiring us to smile under pressure while doing extraordinary shit, and resurrecting a community. More than all of that, a dear friend. HOF? Duh... I love you brother.

Pretty monumental day, yesterday! Two doods who should be dead, went to the @Saints game. Together! Not dead, yet. Celebrating, and practicing to love the life we have. LOVE.

Every 90 minutes, someone in this country takes their last breath because of ALS. A few days ago, one of those was my friend and brother, Phil Green. Phil was voratious about life. He lived fully, loved deeply, and thought carefully about how he showed up for others. And show up, he did. His presence remains, and is within me. Love you, brother.

Every 90 minutes, someone in this country dies because of ALS. Recently, one of those was my friend Peter. His death is a poignant reminder to keep living with love. It was glorious to be back in my home state of Washington this week. Rivers threw the first pitch on MLB Lou Gehrig day. It felt so good to be with family and friends, and the Seattle weather was perfection. Thank you to the Mariners staff for your generosity and kindness! Great to meet you Brian Woo. And thanks to the team at Gates Ventures for your time and friendship. New Orleans is my home now, but my blood flows with the cool, clear Rivers, and majestic mountains of the Pacific Northwest. Love.

Heartbroken to share that my dad has been diagnosed with ALS. Anyone with any (positive) experiences, advice, resources, or any help at all with how to navigate this is appreciated. This feels so unfair.
