@Dave_Edward @RobbieFlying @Muzz0 @paytminsider Sorry, I completely misinterpreted that last email. I think they were saying they’ve created a ‘help’ ticket and not a match ticket. They followed up with this, so looks like we’re back to square one. Apologies for the confusion

I have just received this regarding my tickets for the test match. I arrive in Rajkot on Thursday the 15th and it looks as though I won't be able to obtain my ticket!! Am I reading this incorrectly???

@Dave_Edward @RobbieFlying @Muzz0 @paytminsider Update: I emailed PayTM saying I had no way of collecting and no one to collect for me and they’ve sent me a link (though I’m having trouble accessing atm). I also emailed my hotel and they offered to pick tickets up for me tomorrow, so I think I’ll take them up on that
