It doesn't take much to make someone’s day, or even change their life.
I never understood why athletes or celebrities choose not to grasp this idea.

March volvió a sentirse niño. La magia seguía intacta.
The red pill isn’t new.
It’s 2,400 years old.
Plato wrote about it in The Republic.
A group of people sit chained in a cave, watching shadows on a wall.
That’s all they’ve ever seen, so they call it reality.
One person breaks free.
He sees the world as it actually is.
Not shadows. Not distortions. The real thing.
So he goes back to tell the others.
And they reject him.
Not because he’s wrong.
Because truth asks something of you, and comfort asks nothing.
That’s the real divide.
Not right vs. left.
Not smart vs. dumb.
Truth vs. comfort.
That’s the red pill.
The shadows are easy.
Truth is a choice.
The “boring” stuff wins ballgames:
-Backing up the play
-Putting the ball in play
-Moving the runner
-Making the routine plays
-Consistent communication
-Throwing strikes
-Smart baserunning
-Taking your walks
-Getting HBP, holding your ground
-Hitting a cutoff man
-Hustling out everything
*At some point, the “boring” tasks of ⚾️ will win extra games! And more often than not, playoff berths, seedings, playoff wins, and even championships can be determined and decided by what many would call “boring.”
Turn the “boring” into the “important” and that’s how you win!

Charlie Gee is a British stonemason who restores cathedrals. People even stop to watch him work.
It’s a dying art, and these restorations are so massive that a stonemason may only finish a few in a lifetime before that becomes their life’s work.
Bees lives less than 40 days, visit at least 1000 flowers and produces less than a teaspoon of honey. For us it is only a teaspoon of honey, but for the bee it is a lifetime of work.
Thank You Bees!
