Casuals or even experienced drivers see behaviors like this from the “best of the best” and it enables and/or justifies their own behavior on track.

Clobbered the cleanest driver in the series up the track trying to give myself a shot. Knew it probably wouldn’t work but had to go for it. We touched in turn 4 a bit and I overcorrected trying to throttle up with him. Cost me 2nd or 3rd but that’s the risk! Well done @ParkerW95

Well... I love Dover, but last night it didn't love us...lol Had a rough qualifying, but then looked decent in the race. Ultimately, the balance was off on the car and tire wear was pretty bad. Just had nothing on a long run. Either way, P6! @HarpoonDesign

We’ve raced hard to get into the playoffs, and honestly, that was my biggest goal of the season. Happy for that! Gonna try and do our best tonight and go for the upset win - all we can do it seems to advance. Either way, it’s been fun! @RealSimRacing
