So, after some gentle nudging from my babies who know exactly how difficult it is for me to pat my own back. I’m insanely proud to say yesterday was my 4th birthday. I don’t do it for a coin. I don’t do it for a song. I do it for my babies. I do it because I want to see my grand-babies and great grand-babies. They called me Miracle Mark in rehab because they’d never had anyone alive with my vitals. Everyday I stay above ground is a miracle and the only inspiration I need is my amazing wife @NikkiMarie_p and our Angels! I do this for you 3! I love you most!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

To all the Juniors who have not heard from their top school today, do not fret. I didn’t even start playing field lacrosse until Grade 11 so you will be ok, trust me. Dig in and keep working hard, there will always be a place for you if your effort is high and you stay positive.
