A very slow 9km this morning. Was determined to exercise for an hour straight and see where I got to. Longest run since November.

@endoadenoandme Veloforte gels and chews are really good. Vegan friendly too. I use the gels and chews for triathlons and the bars for long bike rides 👍

And btw. Those SIS gel packs are RANK! I’ve never tried one before… Any recommendations for nicer ones that don’t make you want to vomit as soon as you swallow?

@endoadenoandme I dived in Sharm just after the German guy was killed by a shark. Saddened by how many sharks were hunted because of that. We’re in their ocean, look for the signs in change of behaviour and don’t bait them. Not difficult 😞

So many sharks are going to be slaughtered in the Red Sea in the next few days 😞
