USA advances if:
- Italy beats Mexico (any score), or
- Mexico beats Italy but scores 5+ runs (Italy allows 5+).
The key in a Mexico win is runs *Mexico* scores, via the runs-allowed-per-out tiebreaker. Italy scoring 4 runs doesn't trigger it.
