@EricCHenry_ No disrespect but you sure do post a lot of negative things as a Texas reporter. The questions, the booing, this "should have" etc. I've noticed it for awhile. Very weird.

Wow. Didn't see this from my vantage point on press row -- but Texas assistant Ryan Anderson should have been called for a technical foul. Obviously, Anderson got caught up in the moment, huge break for the Longhorns it wasn't whistled.

@mattmosley The Moody would be a far superior venue to Dickies, just hate SXSW pretty much eliminates the possibility of ever moving it back to Austin.

The state hoops tourney in Austin was so awesome -- boys and girls. They've been able to screw it up. I will join Bill in this fight to bring the tourney to the area that owns basketball.

Miller is a top 10-15 recruiter but as a coach most of his resume highlights are due to longevity not coaching prowess. Despite coaching almost 30 NBA players he has never taken a team to the Final Four and his Arizona teams constantly under performed in March. I think he is a good coach but not 100% sold on Top 15 in the game today.

A group of 3rd and 4th year guys not knowing how to break a press in crunch time is a massive problem for Texas. For a late game situation to be practiced as often as it is, and to look like that with the season on the line is… concerning.

It’s not just the running to the corner and holding the ball on the press break. It’s Vokietaitis not letting Holloman go once he was beat and fouling himself out. Pope fouling an off balanced Holloman to send him to the line when Weaver had great defense on the drive. A little shocked we got out with the W!

@JaimeBoswell2 Thanks Coach Boswell. If just one college coach changes their philosophy on recruiting then we have made progress. An easy step the NCAA could make is to require a certain % of scholarships have to go to incoming freshmen. Appreciate all you do to advocate for HS athletes.

REGIONAL FINAL BOUND Congratulations to the Gruver Greyhounds on punching their ticket to the Regional Championship game with a 72-43 win over Plains. It was tight early, just 15-13 after the first quarter. Then @gruverhoundball turned up the defensive intensity and flipped the game. The Greyhounds clamped down, pushed the pace, and stretched the lead to 31-17 by halftime and never looked back. @LankfordMason2x led the charge with 29 points, while @butler_brock11 added 10 as Gruver controlled the second half on both ends of the floor. Now they await the winner of tonight’s New Home vs Roscoe matchup. One more step. One more game.
