The couple of times I've returned to the game since CS2 released T side has felt odd to say the least.
Now CTs aren't able to mindlessly spam smokes or angles. In my opinion this will slow the game down for now but it should speed it up in the future once players catch on.

The people complaining about this change are the same people that constantly complain that Valve doesn't prio CS or that the devs are lazy.
They are also the reason the game has seen little to no innovation in the past 6-7 years.
