Great day talking with #WilliamsCollege students and faculty about school change. It's interesting to reflect on lessons learned in my 34 years as a school reformer.

Student voice, absolutely. But it's not students' responsibility to expend the emotional, intellectual, and other labor required to transform conditions harming them. That's OUR responsibility. If we listen to what they demand every day we will have much of the info we need.
