My neighbor put his 1100sq ft house situated on 2.5 acres on the market yesterday. It sold in 12 hours. It was sold at $124k. Absolute steal.

@NickHoopes_ @SportsDPT There may be a good reason. I.e Maybe they had planned this discounted sale beforehand, etc. But I also think we need to be vigilant about unethical practice with these individuals Full disclosure: my experiences in last few years have really soured me on realtors.

@NickHoopes_ @SportsDPT Granted I have only a little information but this sounds fishy. As the selling realtor she is obligated to get them the best deal. As your buying realtor she is obligated to help you find properties. Instead she sold it quick to get someone in her inner circle a deal
