@Sylvariae Use ellesmere ui and run the graphics optimizer, idk what it did but it stabilized my framerate and I just went back to my old addons and it still runs perfectly.

Okay there is 0 reason WoW should be stuttering and having such bad graphics issues with my rig, I keep playing around with the graphics settings, switch the Graphics API, turn of Optional GPU Features, and it works a little but I keep having issues, is this a known problem?
