One of the stars of the #79MM weekend was undoubtedly the Jordan 195. Getting up close and personal with the car in the paddocks, you can see all of the beautiful details. The V10 connected to that Compaq computer. The tennis balls stopping dirt getting into the cylinders. Magic

@SouthernRailUK can you tell me why there’s still no direct trains to Victoria from Brighton ? I’ve been commuting all through the pandemic and it’s been absolutely fine so you can’t still blame covid for it, the rest of us are working. £450 a month for no trains 👍🏻

@BrynPierce Ah what an amazing pair, we keep having the same conversation, 5 GT turbo and my wife’s import Mitsubishi colt gti to name just two. It’s impossible to keep them when you’re younger and don’t have much money!

20 years ago I owned this pair, combined they owed me £3500. I could cry if I think too hard about that. RS2000 was my road car (ex Police car) Mk1 was my Rallycar, also had another MK2 rally car tucked away which cost me £1k !!

Highlight @VeteranCarRun was the Salvesen steamer yesterday and seeing a guy chucking coal in the boiler in Burgess hill while motoring along! Came as no surprise to find out it was @goodwoodrevival legend Duncan pittaway, already a hero for owning the Beast of Turin! Awesome
