I’ve tried jobs, freelancing & building projects starting 2019. Some wins. Mostly dead ends. This year I'll do it differently, inspired by @starter_story. I'll be validating, building, and sharing in public. If you’re on a similar path, let’s connect & walk it together.

If you, like me, just woke up, let me catch you up on the Claude Code Leak (I know nothing, all conjecture): > Someone inside Anthropic, got switched to Adaptive reasoning mode > Their Claude Code switched to Sonnet > Committed the .map file of Claude Code > Effectively leaking the ENTIRE CC Source Code > @realsigridjin was tired after running 2 south korean hackathons in SF, saw the leak > Rules in Korea are different, he cloned the repo, went to sleep > Wakes up to 25K stars, and his GF begging him to take it down (she's a copyright lawyer) > Their team decided - how about we have agents rewrite this in Python!? Surely... this is more legal > Rewrite in Py > Board a plane to SK🇰🇷 > One of the guys decides python is slow, is now rewriting ALL OF CLAUDE CODE into Rust. > Anthropic cannot take down, cannot sue > Is this "fair use?" > TL;DR - we're about to have open source Claude Code in Rust

Had a good time with this. End to end process has never been easier with AI around to help with research, brainstorming, and image generation. Anyways, @usevelcro now does crypto, this takes conversational banking to a whole new level. Use Velcro today and make your life easier.

How to Get a UK TikTok account •Why UK TikTok? First thing is they don’t pay Nigerian accounts, so you need a uk number to open a uk account. •Now, what’s the monetization like?. Just like X with 5m impressions and 500 verified followers, they have theirs too, You need 10k followers and 100k likes to get eligible. •How do you get this? “It’s not possible”, “that’s too much”, “how do one get that?” yen yen yen Relax. Find a Niche, create quality content, post consistently and plan them well. We’re in a generation of people glued to their phones, there’s always an audience for you. •Find a Niche There are different Niches you can create contents on. Your best bets rn are -Finance ( young and old are looking for money) -Health (the old are getting weak and are constantly checking health posts) These two are cash cows if you know how to milk them. Then if you’re good with affiliate marketing and you know how to cook your scripts, you’ll find a way to promote your products with the pages. •”How do I get a UK Number to register” Download Fanytel and buy one It’s like 4/5k per month Follow for more tips 😝 You’re welcome 🙂‍↔️
Fareed.@a_fareed_o

How this works? Now lemme explain YT automation, that one to build the account and get subscribers with watch hours You get paid there from the work. Good Then we link the same contents Open a uk tiktok account For uk TikTok accounts You start getting paid when you hit 10k followers and 100k likes How do they go hand in hand?, depending on whatever niche you choose to stay in, as long as you’re consistent your banger moments will come and your accounts will skyrocket. Now how does digital products and affiliate come into play. Digital products fall under the affiliation some how. Either you create a digital product for whatever niche you’re into and promote it on your YT x Tiktok page to get sales Or you find digital products on your niche and sell as an affiliate

Super excited to share that I’ve been awarded an ICM Content Development grant of 1500 USDG from the Solana Foundation Nigeria grant by Superteam Nigeria @SuperteamNG. Really happy to reach this milestone, and I’m looking forward to focusing more on my vision and goals. ICM Content and Awareness I want to help improve visibility for innovation and community-focused projects within the Nigerian Solana ecosystem. My plan is to create high-quality content that showcases ICM initiatives and helps people discover emerging products building in the space. Community Storytelling and Product Engagement I’ll be highlighting ecosystem projects by sharing informative, and engaging content that explains what they are building and why it matters. This grant will help improve my content creation workflow so I can keep producing more meaningful, community-focused content. Big thank you to @SuperteamNG and @solana Also grateful to @NzubeEzudo and @Harri_obi

@saranshhx Yes I chose them because it just works I got verified in few hours and it's easy to use their SDK on my nodejs, Polar could not get me verified they say they rely heavily on stripe for verification.

@kalashvasaniya Also don't open Reddit as an Indian, Pakistan or Nigerian. Use VPN like windscribe and choose a European country. Engage(likes and mostly comments) in sub Reddit of choice for at least 2 weeks then make a post

Been seeing lots of SaaS founders recommend doing a prelaunch waitlist before shipping. My landing page explains the pain points, now debating incentives: 90 days free vs lifetime access vs discounted early pricing. Does lifetime access attract the wrong users or is it worth it?

📆 Day 172 of building SaaS in public 💰 My SaaS hit $6.3k MRR in 5 months If I started again, here’s exactly what I’d do 👇 First, what actually moved the needle: 1. Launch publicly, even if it feels too early Our Product Hunt launch hit #7 Product of the Day. It brought hundreds of users, real feedback, and paying customers. Timing wasn’t perfect. A VC-backed competitor launched the next day and took #1. Still worth it. Visibility mattered more than trophies. 2. Be consistent in public Posting daily on X and LinkedIn felt silly at first. Most posts flopped. Then one random post took off and pulled in real users. You never know which post lands. Consistency beats guessing. 3. Target pain with SEO Instead of fluffy blog posts, I wrote competitor vs pages and content around frustrations people already search for. Those pages still bring some of our highest-intent users. Lesson: angry Googlers convert. 4. Talk to every single user Refunds sting, but every refund turned into a conversation. The feedback was blunt, sometimes painful, but it became the clearest roadmap we could’ve asked for. 5. Set up retention early Payment failure and reactivation flows were set up early. Even with a small user base, they’ve already saved churned revenue. Most founders wait way too long on this. 6. Hang out where your users already are I posted on Reddit in builder communities, shared demos, answered questions. A few of those posts directly turned into paying users. 7. Show your face When I posted as a logo, people ignored me. Once I put my face out there, conversations opened up. People trust humans, not logos. - - - What didn’t work: 1/ Random SaaS directories No clicks. No signups. Just wasted hours. 2/ Hacker News One upvote. Gone in minutes. Some channels just aren’t yours. - - - These 3 big takeaways: 1/ Traction comes from promoting more than feels comfortable. 2/ People don’t want “fancy AI.” They want a painful problem solved simply. 3/ Also: consistency compounds. One post or one DM can flip your trajectory. My 15-day restart plan: Days 1–3 Show up in founder groups. Comment. Add value. Days 4–7 Find the top 3 pain points people complain about. Days 8–12 Ship the simplest possible solution for the #1 pain. Days 13–15 Launch publicly. Price from $19/mo. Talk directly to users until the first payment lands. _ _ _ Most indie founders fail because they hide behind code or logos. Early on, only three things matter: Visibility. Conversations. Charging real money for real pain. Q for you: What’s one underrated growth channel you’ve seen work in your niche?

The fact that someone is pointing this out mean there is hope. Some years back I had so many ideas surrounding some of the core issues we face in Nigeria but after some deep dive, I realised that solving these problems requires a lot of initial capital, heavy resources and many other things. Now, how many founders can come up with all these. With that said, I stand with those who want to follow the money first, add little value to the society, then scale to other problems from there. Before google became one of the most important company on earth they started with vitamins solution (search) then pivoted. Amazon started selling books online, facebook started by comparing harvard students' photos. Paystack started by selling recharge cards. The list keeps going on. We should never discourage any one starting anything, because that little thing or vitamin solution can become a painkiller one day and eventually solve a little part of our core fundamental problems in Nigeria.

There are too many startups in Nigeria solving nonsense problems. This is a country with massive insecurity. People are hungry. Transportation is a daily struggle. Over 20 million children are out of school. Healthcare is broken. Power is unreliable. Jobs are scarce. Why are there so few startups solving fundamental Nigerian problems? And why are so many chasing problems that barely exist here? Technology is not about writing code. Technology is not about buzzwords. Technology is not about sounding smart on pitch decks. Technology is simply a better way of solving real problems. If your solution cannot meaningfully touch: •security •education •transportation •healthcare •food systems •jobs •cost of living then maybe it’s not innovation, maybe it’s just noise. Nigeria does not need more cool startups. Nigeria needs useful ones. Let’s go back to basics.

Where do you bring all interested users together so they can try features, give feedback, get updates, and engage with social posts? Discord, Slack, subreddit, or just emailing? I’d love to hear what platforms or methods actually work in practice.

Reddit banned my gojiberry.ai account 54 times. I got kicked out of almost every SaaS subreddit. Still: • 15M+ views from Reddit in 4 months • 100k+ website visitors • 1,000 visitors/day coming from Reddit • 200+ paying customers acquired via Reddit • Easier closes on other channels thanks to Reddit exposure. At a $7 CPM, this saved us $105,000 in ads. It helped us a lot in a very competitive market. I think we’re going to stop now. Reddit won. I’m giving up. PS: Never stopping. Ever. Let’s gooooo 🚀
